AI Hospitality Chatbot

Assisted with the conception, architecture, flow, and design of a product that incorporates an AI chatbot tool to streamline communication for rental property owners globally for a MassChallenge backed AI startup.
As the sole designer hired on a temporary freelance basis, I worked directly with the CEO beginning in the brainstorm phase for Yada ‘23, followed by sketches and references for the updated chatbot web app, responsive website, and all integrations (including Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, Guesty, Mews, Hostaway, Tokeet, Lodgify, and more.
We created a dashboard and an efficient, easy to use inbox and messaging platform tool for both webapp and mobile, as well as a customizable AI co-pilot for users running on GPT4 and PaLM 2, keeping the following business goals in mind:
Have AI handle repetitive conversations so teams can focus on meaningful and material guest interactions
Automate marketing and loyalty building across channels via engagement through dozens of inboxes including AirBnB, VRBO, Instagram, onsite chat, WhatsApp
Help staff better understand guest behaviors, staff & business performance via analytics
Ensure metrics like sentiment, satisfaction, CSAT, response times, inquiry to reservation conversion rates, and more, are easily accessible and actionable
